34° Asamblea Legislativa: resumen de novedades para la provincia
En estos momentos tiene lugar en el Palacio Legislativo la apertura de las sesiones ordinarias en la provincia. Algunas de las novedades para San Luis ya fueron comunicadas en el Encuentro Bicameral.
La XXXIV Asamblea Legislativa provincial ha debido adaptarse a los tiempos que corren: a causa de la pandemia se limitó la cantidad de público presente. Todos los asistentes cuentan con PCR negativo y los periodistas quedaron en las afueras del Palacio Legislativo.
Del encuentro forman parte 70 personas: allí se incluyen todos los legisladores nacionales, el Ministro del Superior Tribunal de Justicia y del Poder Ejecutivo, Tribunal de Cuentas, el obispo de San Luis, autoridades nacionales residentes en la provincia y representantes de las Fuerzas Armadas y policiales.
La jornada inició con el tradicional mensaje anual de Rodríguez Saá. Luego se dio paso a comunicar lo que se viene a la provincia, entre ellas:
La provincia comienza a producir Cannabis Medicinal
El gobernador detalló: “Con la adhesión a la Ley Nacional 27.350, de ‘Uso medicinal de la planta de cannabis y sus derivados’, la provincia concretará el cultivo, producción, industrialización y comercialización de cannabis y sus derivados con fines medicinales y terapéuticos, en todas sus variedades”. La producción se hará en estricto cumplimiento de las normas y protocolos que regulan a la sustancia.
Creación de la cadena de Hoteles
La importancia del turismo en San Luis fue destacada por el gobernador: genera el 5% del empleo privado y permite la entrada de dinero a comerciantes de todo el territorio. El objetivo será incrementar en un 15% la cantidad de turistas y aumentar la estadía de los mismos, para llevar dicha tasa al 6%, generando más puestas de trabajo para el sector.
Para la próxima temporada estival, San Luis sumará al Hotel Potrero de los Funes y a La Huertita; el Hotel la Recova, la Hostería Villa de la Quebrada y el histórico Albergue de la Villa de Merlo. En este sentido, Rodríguez Saá explicó: “De esta manera, se consolidará una red de alojamientos provinciales, con instalaciones modernas y de calidad”.
Se anunció la creación de 28 escuelas en la provincia
El objetivo es contener el crecimiento poblacional reciente, para brindar a los jóvenes educación de calidad. 20 de ellas se diseñarán para uso múltiple: se podrán practicar deportes, actividades culturales, recreativas y sociales.
Asimismo, el plan contempla refaccionar 30 establecimientos educativos ubicados en distintas localidades. También crearán 4 centros de desarrollo infantil destinados a niños de 45 días a 4 años.
La Universidad Provincial de Oficios sumará 6 sedes nuevas: Santa Rosa del Conlara, Potrero de los Funes, Luján, Candelaria, Tilisarao y Buena Esperanza. Cada sede tendrá una nave multidisciplinaria, con extensiones áulicas. Serán edificios multiuso para la realización de actividades sociales, culturales, deportivas y administrativas.
Crearán un Centro Integral para Consumos Problemáticos
El mismo estará pivotado por el Hospital de Salud Mental y tendrá sede en La Toma, en una obra de $140 millones.
En relación a las adicciones, el mandatario provincial sostuvo: “El abordaje de los consumos problemáticos representa uno de los mayores desafíos para la sociedad. Comemos mal, tomamos mal, el flagelo de la droga es un consumo problemático. Bulimia, anorexia, alcoholismo y drogadicción, en cada caso, la enfermedad afecta no sólo a la persona que lo padece, sino a todo su grupo familiar, grupo social y amigos”.
“Asumimos en plenitud esta agenda para comenzar un camino de soluciones efectivas. Todo el sistema de Salud se involucrará en esto», agregó. Aunque el Centro de Desintoxicación será en La Toma, también habrán instalaciones en San Luis, Villa Mercedes, Buena Esperanza y Quines.
