Hay cosas que, aunque parezcan realmente impensadas ya no sorprenden. Uno cree a este gobierno capaz de cualquier cosa, pero siempre se superan, van al límite, y pareciera no importarle demasiado la opinión de los ciudadanos. En un país con un ritmo de vacunación más que lento, y dónde se está pidiendo a gritos, desde el oficialismo, el cierre total pese a las críticas y las resistencias de trabajadores y pequeños empresarios, el ministerio de salud retiene las vacunas como si fueran propiedad exclusiva de la casta dirigente.

Hasta hace no mucho, la obra pública, los recursos, eran usados como estrategia de disciplinamiento a las provincias, sea para impulsarlas o ahogarlas en función de acuerdos políticos necesarios para sacar leyes. Hoy eso no tiene demasiado valor, ni siquiera simbólico, por eso utilizan algo que si deja en evidencia la gestión de un gobierno provincial, las vacunas. Usan la salud de la gente para disciplinar y controlar a propios y ajenos.

Provincias como San Luis o La Pampa ya informaron que no tienen stock de vacunas, y otras están al borde de quedarse sin stock, pero para el gobierno nacional no pareciera haber prisa en entregar lo stockeado en depósitos oficiales por el ministerio de salud de la nación. Las políticas públicas son cada vez más erráticas y la única propuesta plausible pareciera ser el encierro permanente de población sana para afrontar una pandemia, cuyo virus tiene, hasta el momento, una letalidad de 0,12% de la población infectada según surgen de los datos del año pasado.

Cada vez es más claro que lo que reina es la ineficacia y el facilismo de un gobierno que promete mucho y cumple poco. Hay cosas que pasan desapercibidas en este contexto, por ejemplo, la promesa de las 20 millones de dosis que íbamos a tener para diciembre pasado producto de la producción nacional, algo que termino siendo de exportación y no para los argentinos. Y ahora anuncian la producción de la Sputnik V para tratar de anotarse algún tanto político como si las personas no tuviéramos memoria.

“La única verdad es la realidad” les gusta decir a los peronistas, y la realidad es que la gestión de la pandemia es pésima en todas las aristas. Destruyó la salud, el empleo, la educación y la vida de miles de compatriotas que, esperaban de un gobierno algo más que promesas y buenas intenciones.
