Caso «Bebo» Ochoa: hoy declara la hermana
La audiencia estaba prevista para el 27 de mayo, aunque fue suspendida por la situación sanitaria. Se cumplieron 2 meses del asesinato del trabajador rural.
A dos meses del violento final que sufrió este vecino de Cortaderas, la causa parecía haberse congelado. Sin embargo, hoy ratificará su denuncia Ivana Ochoa, hermana de «Bebo».
La cita estaba prevista para el 27 de mayo: las medidas adoptadas por el Gobierno no permitieron que Ivana pueda asistir. Sin embargo, se presume que hoy la mujer ampliará su denuncia, según comento a El Diario uno de los abogados querellantes, Iván Coria.
Tanto Coria como Leandro Fassi González representan a la familia damnificada y explicaron que las acciones, o inacciones posteriores, podrían sumarse a la denuncia de los Ochoa. En este sentido, esperan que se llame a declaración a nuevos testigos.
Coria manifestó: “Obviamente va a haber más citaciones. Creo que esta semana serán notificados, dado que venimos de una semana atípica. Pero sí se va a citar a más gente. Incluso con Fassi González hemos pedido declaraciones testimoniales en sede judicial y a partir de los distintos testimonios seguramente seguiremos ampliando”.
Carlos Leloutre, fiscal de la causa, solicitó el testimonio de varias personas. Pero hasta la fecha la única citada fue la hermana del productor rural asesinado. “Pedí más declaraciones testimoniales cuando me corrieron vista, pero prefiero no mencionar quiénes son estas personas. Prefiero que las citen y que estén notificadas. No quiero entorpecer la investigación”, expresó.
A dos meses, la causa no arrojó novedades, ante la desesperación de los vecinos de Cortaderas. La jueza a cargo es Patricia Besso: no se pronunció al respecto, aunque dispuso que los efectivos policiales sigan trabajando en el caso.
¿Cómo avanza la investigación?
Con las pericias aún en proceso, no hay datos concluyentes sobre los hechos que terminaron con Ochoa torturado y desangrado en un terreno en construcción. Ni las pericias telefónicas ni las microbiológicas finalizaron, y los resultados todavía son desconocidos.
La misma escena donde hallaron a Ochoa presenta sus obstáculos: los abogados querellantes denunciaron que el lugar se ensució por el elevado tránsito de gente que hubo tras el hallazgo.
Cruento hallazgo
Ochoa desapareció el 27 de marzo, día en que fue reducido por dos hombres y sustraído de su domicilio, según declaró el principal testigo. Esta persona advirtió aquella tarde la presencia de dos sospechosos en una casa abandonada al lado del domicilio de Ochoa. Minutos más tarde, se lo llevaron de forma violenta.
El hombre fue hallado en el paraje El Adobe en una obra en construcción. Lo habían torturado y cercenado. Las pericias comprobaron que fue una muerte violenta, con saña. Ochoa estaba amordazado, desmembrado: incluso mutilaron sus genitales, y luego murió desangrado.
