Alberto Rodríguez Saá anunció una batería de medidas económicas y sociales para la provincia
Desde Terrazas del Portezuelo hablan de la «Reconstrucción de San Luis». Las medidas incluyen beneficios para el sector privado y para el sector público.
Ayer por la tarde-noche hubo conferencia de prensa en Terrazas del Portezuelo y con ella llegaron varios anuncios para la provincia. Las noticias estuvieron a cargo de Alberto Rodríguez Saá, jefe de gobierno puntano: consideró que las medidas aspiran a lo que llaman la «Reconstrucción de San Luis».
La batería de medidas incluye beneficios tanto para el sector público como para el privado. Habrá incentivos económicos, mejoras en tecnología y seguridad. Asimismo, el gobierno invertirá para mejorar el acceso a la educación de sectores vulnerables. La lista de medidas se resume acá:
– El tramo del aumento salarial del 10% previsto para noviembre se adelantó a octubre para todos los agentes de la administración pública. En diciembre harán un nuevo análisis de la situación económica, y se tomarán medidas de ser necesario.
– Los contribuyentes de la categoría F recibirán ese mismo tramo de aumento, más una recomposición salarial en octubre. Los beneficios les permitirían llegar a un salario de bolsillo, sin considerar antigüedad y asignaciones familiares, cercano a los $50.000.
– A partir de octubre, los beneficiarios del Plan de Inclusión Social percibirán $20.000 y los beneficiarios de las becas 22AG pasarán a cobrar $8.000.
– Los beneficiarios del Plan de Inclusión Social podrán trabajar en el sector privado, en relación de dependencia o en carácter de monotributistas, sin perder el beneficio.
– Aumentan un 36% las asignaciones familiares. La asignación por hijo/a será de $5.063; la asignación por hijo/a con discapacidad de $16.496 y la ayuda escolar anual $4.244.
–Desde el 23 de septiembre quedan abiertas las inscripciones para los siguientes beneficios: créditos para emprendimientos innovadores de hasta $500.000; créditos para emprendimientos existentes de hasta $1.000.000; exención impositiva para pequeños contribuyentes; Programa Empezar y microcréditos de hasta $50.000.
– La inscripción para acceder a las exenciones impositivas destinadas a las medianas y grandes empresas tendrán lugar a partir del lunes 27 de septiembre hasta el 7 de octubre, inclusive.
– Agregarán antenas con tecnología Wifi 3.0 para mejorar el servicio gratuito de internet.
– A partir del 4 de octubre se entregarán las Estampillas Escolares “Ahorro para mi futuro”.
– Entregarán 5.000 computadoras a los alumnos más vulnerables dentro del territorio provincial que estén cursando entre 1° y 4° grado.
– Se hará entrega de 114 vehículos a la Policía de la Provincia, Bomberos de la Policía y San Luis Solidario, en el marco del Plan de Seguridad.
– Convocaron al Consejo Económico y Social para el 27 de septiembre en el Hotel Internacional Potrero de los Funes.
– Explicaron que el nuevo Hospital “Dr. Ramón Carrillo” se abrirá en tres etapas: el 1º de octubre comienzan a funcionar consultorios externos y diagnóstico por imágenes; en noviembre, ocho quirófanos, unidad endoscópica y áreas de internación moderada y crítica; y en diciembre, la totalidad del complejo sanitario.
