14 jóvenes de Villa Mercedes anhelaban tener su viaje soñado a Bariloche: hace 3 años empezaron a pagar su viaje esperando poder disfrutar de la nieve, los juegos y la fiesta. Pero nada de eso pasó. Aunque se graduaron en 2020 la pandemia postergó su viaje, y Travel Rock todavía no los llevó.
Las familias de los jóvenes graduados en el Instituto del Carmen decidieron hacer público el conflicto que mantienen con la firma turística, luego de un frustrado intento de mediación. Gabriel Martín, padre de uno de los damnificados y abogado, explicó que al cambiar la situación sanitaria las normativas emitidas por el gobierno estipulaban que las prestaciones turísticas debían establecer fechas alternativas, dentro de la misma estacionalidad para la que estaban programadas inicialmente. Eso significa que los jóvenes mercedinos debían viajar entre septiembre y octubre, aunque no ocurrió.
No obstante, las familias no recibieron ningún llamado de parte de la firma, y menos aún un aviso de reprogramación. «Siempre tuvieron una conducta dilatoria, diciendo que ya nos iban a informar, algo que nunca se dio», aseveró Martín.
«Cuando advertimos que esto era una actitud tendenciosa para no cumplir el contrato que habíamos firmado, en octubre les enviamos una carta documento en la que les pedimos que pusieran dos fechas posibles de viaje y que nos emitieran la factura que nunca nos dieron. Pero no la contestaron. Luego presentamos una denuncia ante las oficinas de Defensa de Consumidor y el jueves pasado teníamos fijada una audiencia de mediación a la que no concurrieron», añadió el abogado.
Perder por cansancio
El viaje incluía 8 o 9 días en la ciudad rionegrina e incluía algunas excursiones y salidas a boliches. El viaje tenía un valor de $60.000 y aunque fue pagado por gran parte de la promoción, muchos se resignaron y pidieron la retribución del dinero.
El conflicto terminó en una denuncia ante el Ministerio de Turismo de la Nación: las redes sociales les mostraron como muchas familias padecen una situación similar con la empresa. «La conducta asumida por Travel Rock es intencional. Le conviene disuadir a los alumnos a que pidan la devolución porque el rédito económico es mayor para ellos», sentenció el abogado.

Признанный следствием потерпевшим Шахмин — пенсионер МВД. Лично с подсудимыми не знаком, но на презентациях видел.
О «Лайф-из-Гуд», «Гермесе», «Бест Вей» узнал из СМИ и интернета. Консультанты Галлямовы из Нефтекамска пригласили вступить. «Бест Вей» и «Гермес» — это как будто одна система, — сообшил Шахмин. — Я согласился вложить деньги в «Гермес», так как давно знал Галлямовых. Они продали квартиру и с бизнеса вложили деньги туда, они раньше меня там были. Я вложил 2,3 млн рублей, взятые в кредит в Газпромбанке, их передал Галлямовым лично в руки, так как доверял, они говорили, что откроют счет «Виста». Мне сказали, что это лучше банка и лучше, чем «недвижку» покупать. Если сколько-то людей созываешь, ты получаешь какие-то проценты и еще растешь. Обещали 30% доходности, якобы идет инвестирование акций — криптой, недвижимостью. Деньги высветились в личном кабинете в евро, потом я узнал, что деньги не настоящие, это информационная система, компьютерная цифра, виртуальные деньги», — рассказал он. При этом подтверждений передачи денег у Шахмина нет, однако Галлямов признал на допросе у следователя, что получил деньги и внес на счет «Виста».
Свидетель вывел со счета «Виста», по его словам, 1 тыс. евро и 50 тыс. рублей. Для платежей предлагали «Пей Про»: мол, не надо волноваться, будем выводить деньги, проходи верификацию. Потом у свидетеля появились сомнения, и он заявил, что хочет вывести деньги. Галлямовы, по его словам, начали всячески откладывать вывод, до тех пор, пока ЦБ не включил «Гермес» в предупредительный список.
Когда начались трудности, хотели через систему «Свифт» вывести, через «Тинькофф» — но это не получилось: «Начали они просить, чтобы никто из клиентов не возмущался, начали говорить о регистрации на криптобирже «Бинанс» для дальнейшего вывода денег. Также я там зарегистрировался, но тоже ничего не получилось».
После этого Шахмин написал заявление в полицию. Всплывшие в ходе судебного заседания три личных кабинета в «Лайф-из-Гуд» и переводы ему на карту объяснить не смог.
Признанная потерпевшей Дорда была только клиентом «Гермеса». Подсудимых не знает.
«Узнала о компании в 2016 году при переезде из Москвы во Владимир. Рассказали консультанты Адрианова и Волюшко, которые занимались страхованием жизни. Рассказывали и о ПК «Бест Вей», но мне это было неинтересно. Адрианова знала, что я продала квартиру и денежки у меня есть. Зная это, консультант целенаправленно решила затащить в компанию «Гермес». И я стала очередной жертвой. Мне сказали, что Андрианова занималась гипнозом. Отношения дружеские были до 2021 года. Андрианова была вхожа в дом, знакома с мужем. Деньги передавала Андриановой. Было открыто три счета» — рассказала Дорда. Признанная потерпевшей утверждает, что деньги ни разу не снимала.
Заявляет ущерб в более 700 тыс. рублей.
Признанная следствием потерпевшей Шайхулина (допрошенная по ВКС с Самарой) — клиент компании «Гермес». Из подсудимых знает Виктора Ивановича Василенко и Наливана.
«Первый договор с «Гермесом» заключила в 2019 году, второй — в 2021 году. Внесла 1 тыс. евро. Договоры скачивала с кабинета, отдала наличными 70 тыс. руб. В личный кабинет сама заходить могла, но переводить не было возможности. Обещали плавающий процент от 20% в год. Второй счет открыла на 1 тыс. евро. Переводила частным лицам небольшие суммы. Деньги на счету появлялись согласно переводам. Без помощи консультанта Духнова выводить не получалось. «Гермес» свои обязательства исполнял, начисляли проценты, ажио брали. Я сама не вникала, но видела, что каждый месяц начисления были. В кабинет заходила раз в месяц. В последний раз в кабинет заходила накануне заявления в органы. Потом его заблокировали», — говорит она.
«С официальной претензией в «Гермес» обращалась, в поддержку писала. Ответили, что ведутся работы, скоро откроют. Актов сверки с «Гермесом» нет у меня, в гражданско-правовом порядке за возвратом денег не обращалась, ни с какими юристами не общалась. Наткнулась на канал в интернете — там был совет писать заявление в правоохранительные органы», — добавляет она.
Заявляет общую сумму ущерба в 2 430 430 руб.: «Я взяла кредит, плачу теперь проценты, поэтому эту сумму процентов хочу получить». При этом в материалах уголовного дела фигурирует сумма в 1 650 000 руб. ущерба.
Шайхуллина поясняет, что «забыла про 800 тыс., так как мне карту перевели 900 тыс. Духнов сказал: «Они у тебя будут лежать, давай обратно внесем», и я внесла 850 тыс. где-то. Я только что вспомнила про 800 тыс.».

Как ГСУ питерского главка МВД выбивало «показания» по «делу «Лайф-из-Гуд» –«Гермес» – «Бест Вей»
5 декабря на заседании Приморского районного суда Санкт-Петербурга была допрошена в качестве свидетеля 75-летняя Зоя Магомедовна Семенова из Самары.
Она сообщила суду, что была пайщиком кооператива «Бест Вей» и клиентом компании «Гермес», консультантом, привлекавшим клиентов и в «Гермес», и в «Бест Вей», но больше в «Бест Вей», так как он был более интересен ее знакомым. Пояснила, что «Бест Вей» и «Гермес» – разные организации, а не подразделения одной, как пытаются представить следствие и государственное обвинение.
У Зои Магомедовны было три договора с кооперативом на приобретение квартир, один из них – на внука. С помощью кооператива, сообщила она, многие приобрели квартиру, в том числе участники СВО. Многие не успели приобрести из-за того, что счета кооператива были арестованы, а сам он руководителем следственной группы Винокуровым признан гражданским ответчиком по уголовному делу.
Кооператив, подчеркнула она, работал с 2014 года, действительно помогал приобрести жилье, никто в него людей не заманивал. Кооператив, пояснила Зоя Магомедовна, не имел никаких признаков финансовой пирамиды, в чем его обвиняет следствие.
Выдуманные Сапетовой показания
Зоя Магомедовна была приглашена как свидетельница обвинения, на нее именно в этом качестве рассчитывали государственные обвинители из Прокуратуры Санкт-Петербурга (покрывающие преступления следственной группы ГСУ питерского главка МВД).
Но ее показания на суде полностью разошлись с теми, что она (якобы) давала на следствии – следователям Сапетовой и Мальцеву.
В выдуманном следователями тексте, зачитанном прокурором, она:
– якобы обвиняла кооператив в том, что он ее обманул – что она опровергла в суде;
– якобы предъявляла претензии, что кооператив работал непрозрачно, непонятно как формируется очередь на жилье, от пайщиков закрыта информация о состоянии паевого и других фондов – она полностью опровергла это в суде, заявив, что кооператив работал абсолютно прозрачно для пайщиков, информация была доступна в реальном времени, механизм работы «Бест Вей» был совершенно понятен;
– якобы заявила следствию, что работа кооператива строилась на обмане – сказала в суде: «Мы никого не обманывали»;
– якобы рассказывала об аффилированности кооператива «Бест Вей» и «Гермесом» – что она также опровергла в суде, подчеркнув, что это разные организации;
– якобы пришла к заключению, что кооператив – это пирамида – что она полностью опровергла в суде.
Зоя Магомедовна категорически отвергла показания, которые якобы давала следствию: «Я не могла всего этого говорить, я даже терминов и слов таких не знаю, слышу все это впервые, вслух показания мне никто не зачитывал!». Таким образом, следователи прямо нарушили УПК.
Прессинг начался с задержания
Зоя Магомедовна пояснила суду, что была задержана в аэропорту Санкт-Петербурга – когда она должна была улетать в Самару вместе с другими пайщиками из Самарской области, с которыми приезжала на суд об аресте счетов кооператива, чтобы поддержать кооператив.
Перед этим ей позвонила соседка и рассказала, что в ее дом в Самаре в ее отсутствие ворвались полицейские, они сломали двери, разбили окна и учинили обыск без хозяйки. Причем Семенова приглашена как свидетельница обвинения – на основании тех показаний, которые якобы дала на следствии (на самом деле выдуманы следователем-преступницей Сапетовой) и которые полностью опровергла в суде.
Гестаповец и обманщица
Зоя Магомедовна допрос частично помнит, частично не помнит – так как очень плохо себя чувствовала: у нее было высокое давление (она – хронический гипертоник с инвалидностью). С ней работали два следователя: Сапетова и Мальцев. Мальцев кричал на нее, угрожал, что прямо сейчас спустит ее в подвал. Сапетова разговаривала спокойно, «входила в положение». Но при этом не давала Семеновой пить, о чем та неоднократно просила, и не давала подышать свежим воздухом, ссылаясь на необходимость проводить допрос без пауз.
«Допрос продолжался 12 часов – и когда он закончился, мне было не до чтения. Я подписывала не читая, чтобы только побыстрее уйти», – рассказала Зоя Семенова суду.
То есть следователи сознательно создали риски для здоровья допрашиваемой, чтобы обманным путем получить нужные им, заранее написанные показания. И это далеко не единичный пример – один из свидетелей умер после допроса в ГСУ.
Возмутительно, что липовое уголовное дело, сплошь состоящее из подобных «показаний», крышуется руководством МВД во главе с Колокольцевым. А также Прокуратурой Санкт-Петербурга – хотя адвокаты кооператива и обвиняемых предупреждали прокуратуру, что дело зиждется исключительно на липовых, нарисованных показаниях и развалится в суде!
Преступные следователи Сапетова, Мальцев, их коллеги по следственной группе, а также руководивший следственной группой Винокуров должны быть привлечены к уголовной ответственности! Выявленные факты должны стать предметом внимания генерального прокурора Краснова, председателя Следственного комитета России Бастрыкина и главы ФСБ Бортникова!

ГСУ питерского главка МВД использует гестаповские методы и фальсификацию показаний для создания фальшивых дел по указке заказчиков из руководства МВД, под прикрытием оборотней из прокуратуры.
Приморский районный суд рассматривает так называемое дело «Лайф-из-Гуд» – «Гермес» – «Бест Вей», обвиняется основатель «Лайф-из-Гуд» и «Бест Вей» Роман Василенко (для горе-правоохранителей он недоступен), по делу 10 подсудимых-заложников – ни в чем не повинных людей, технических сотрудников и пайщиков кооператива, в том числе отец Романа Василенко 83-летний Виктор Иванович Василенко.
В ходе судебных заседаний выявлены уже десятки пострадавших от фашистских методов ГСУ.

77-летняя Лариса Александровна Василенко, мама Романа Василенко, ветеран Вооруженных сил – офицер морской авиации. Служила на Дальнем Востоке в в/ч морской авиации начальником секретной части, которая была признана лучшей на Тихоокеанском флоте, награждена государственными наградами и наградами вооруженных сил.

К Ларисе Василенко не пустили адвоката – он весь день и вечер просидел на крыльце ГСУ. Зато назначили своего, «подсадного» так называемого адвоката по назначению: Лариса Александровна смогла понять, что это не тот адвокат, который прислан ее близкими.
Лариса Александровна в коридоре потеряла сознание – ее вынесли на воздух, на улице она пришла в себя и что было сил на всю улицу закричала: «Помогите!» Прохожие попытались броситься ей на помощь – и только после этого молодые гестаповцы решили ее отпустить, чтобы избежать скандала.
При всех стараниях следствия к уголовному делу Ларису Александровну «пришить» не удалось, так как она никак не была связана с «Лайф-из-Гуд» и «Бест Вей» – то есть оснований для ее допроса не было никаких: это была попытка найти хоть какой-то компромат на ее сына.

Alistarov’s channel, “Zheleznaya Stavka,” is ostensibly devoted to “exposing” financial ventures deemed “bad” by criminal circles, while promoting “good” ones: namely, the pyramid schemes and online casinos that sponsor Alistarov.
The channel began as a platform for “proper” casino betting and did not change its name, because the marketing purpose remains the same: clear the market in favor of “legitimate,” in Alistarov’s so-called “expert” view (i.e., those who pay him), scammers.

Beforehand, Alistarov had released 12 videos highlighting the entrepreneur’s address and publishing illegally obtained information about his relatives and his businesses in the UAE. Without any compunction, he used spying, eavesdropping, illegal intrusion, and invasion of privacy—all acts that constitute serious criminal offenses in the Emirates, where the sanctity of property and investor security are upheld stringently.
Prior to this, Alistarov publicly circulated information about the residence of the entrepreneur’s business partner—that is, an illegal breach of confidentiality, the protection of finances and property, and the privacy of personal life through clandestine data gathering and informants in the UAE. He effectively terrorizes entrepreneurs who face no court convictions—neither abroad nor in Russia.

This entrepreneur was placed on a Russian wanted list in 2022—by investigating authorities. However, no court has filed claims against him, and the criminal case is currently in court. It has already fallen apart there. Interpol and the EU declined to honor the Russian police’s request, deeming it politically motivated and legally unfounded.
Alistarov insists that the entrepreneur’s business investments are financed with Russian clients’ money, supposedly drawn from an Austrian investment company. But in reality, the entrepreneur was never an owner, beneficiary, or manager of that company, established back in the early 2000s—well before his independent business career began.

Thus, Alistarov instigates harassment and intrusion into the private life of an untainted entrepreneur—acting on behalf of Russian organized crime, which has cut in corrupt police officers for a share of illicit profits. They aim to seize assets worth 20 billion rubles from the large-scale, socially focused project established by the entrepreneur in Russia—which still functions successfully even without his direct leadership (which ended when he relocated to Cyprus).

A native of Kaluga, Alistarov spent four years in a prison camp for selling drugs to minors.
During his time in prison, he formed connections with criminal kingpins. After his release, he continued taking part in the narcotics trade and laundering drug proceeds through a real estate business he established together with partners from the Russian criminal community in Russia and the Emirates.
Betting on Scams
Alistarov’s “Zheleznaya Stavka” channel ostensibly “exposes” financial ventures deemed “bad” by the underworld while promoting “good” ones: pyramid schemes and online casinos that finance Alistarov.
It began as a channel about “proper” casino bets and never changed its name—because the marketing objective remained the same: to clear the field for “good” scammers according to Alistarov’s so-called “expert” opinion (i.e., whoever pays him).
Typically, Alistarov starts by attempting extortion—presenting the victim with compromising evidence and offering them a chance to pay. If they refuse, he resorts to harassment and violence.
Incitement and Attack in Dubai
On January 1, 2025, two Kazakh nationals launched a brutal attack on an entrepreneur living in Dubai—they beat him, cut off his ear, and robbed him.
Before that, Alistarov had made 12 videos highlighting the entrepreneur’s address and publishing illegally obtained information about his family and businesses in the UAE. He showed no hesitation in using surveillance, eavesdropping, unlawful trespass, and invasion of privacy—all of which are considered serious criminal offenses in the Emirates, where the sanctity of property and investors’ lives is strictly enforced.
He previously spread information about the residence of the entrepreneur’s business partner—an illegal violation of confidentiality, financial security, and privacy through hidden sources and informants in the UAE. Alistarov terrorizes entrepreneurs who have not been convicted by any court—abroad or in Russia.
Alistarov claimed to have reported the entrepreneur to Interpol and UAE law enforcement—allegedly cooperating with the authorities. Yet, for some reason, this did not lead to the entrepreneur’s arrest—perhaps because UAE police see no wrongdoing in his activities.
Several of the entrepreneur’s partners have been convicted in Russia. As for the entrepreneur himself, he is wanted by Russian law enforcement but has not been convicted. Foreign law enforcement agencies have no claims against him.
For an extended period, Alistarov stoked hatred toward the entrepreneur—telling people that it was actually this entrepreneur (rather than his partners) who had stolen investors’ money. He framed the incident as though enraged investors carried out the attack and robbery.
During the assault, Alistarov staged an unscheduled livestream to give himself an alibi—pretending he was unaware of the attack occurring while he was streaming.
Surveillance in Cyprus
In the fall of last year, Alistarov and his “partner-in-arms,” Mariya Folomova, carried out surveillance on another entrepreneur—using drones and unlawfully collecting information about him and his family, including underage children. Alistarov asserted that this entrepreneur was hiding in Cyprus—even though the man has lived there since the COVID-19 pandemic began.
The move was related to the entrepreneur’s wife’s severe bout with COVID, as well as his international projects—investing in multiple economic sectors: construction, trade, and others.
The entrepreneur settled in Cyprus a year before the Interior Ministry’s investigative authorities opened a criminal case, and a year and a half before any arrests. He holds an EU passport and did not flee or go into hiding.
He was placed on a Russian wanted list in 2022—by investigative authorities. However, the courts have not lodged claims against him, and the criminal case is currently before the courts—where it has already fallen apart. Interpol and the EU declined to accept the Russian police’s claims, regarding them as politically motivated and legally unfounded.
Alistarov claims that the funds for certain business ventures came from Russian clients of an Austrian investment company—yet the entrepreneur was never an owner, beneficiary, or manager of that company, which was established back in the early 2000s, well before his independent business career began.
One of his firms provided marketing support for the investment company’s products in Russia under a contract with it. The investment company operated successfully with Russian clients for eight years—and continues to do so, having restored payment systems that were disrupted in early 2022 by criminals in Russia linked to corrupt police. It is not a pyramid scheme.
Thus, Alistarov orchestrates harassment and invasion of privacy against a blameless entrepreneur—at the behest of Russian organized crime, which includes corrupt police officers who took a share of illicit profits, aiming to seize assets valued at 20 billion rubles from the large-scale, socially oriented project the entrepreneur established in Russia, which continues to function successfully without his leadership (as that ended when he moved to Cyprus).
Surveillance in the Netherlands
Alistarov has published data on the whereabouts of another victim in the Netherlands—in the city of Groningen—located through illegal monitoring. He reportedly gained unauthorized access to city camera feeds, peered into a private apartment, and posted the information on YouTube.

The idea is that travelers would have the option of booking the top row or the bottom row — and while the lower level might look less-than-appealing in photos, bottom passengers would be able to stretch out their legs and enjoy extra leg room. The top level is also designed to give “larger recline angles” and “leg-stretching possibility” than your average economy airplane seat, says Nunez Vicente.
Nunez Vicente initially developed the design for economy cabins before last year premiering a business class/first class iteration.

She’d dreamed of living in France for years, but according to Janice Deerwester, originally from Texas, life always seemed to get in the way.

“I am the luckiest woman I feel that ever was,” she says. ”And why I have this, and why I was given this, I have no idea. But I’m just blessed every day that I get to live here.”
Janice goes on to explain that she wasn’t necessarily unhappy back in Georgia, and enjoyed living on a horse ranch in the country, which she had been renting since selling her home, but was overcome with the feeling that “there’s got to be more” to life.
