Al episodio lo protagonizó un efectivo de la Comisaría 24° que golpeó a un vecino de dicha localidad. La semana pasada otro miembro de la fuerza tuvo una situación similar, luego de golpear a un joven en Villa Mercedes.

Este lunes la Jefatura Central de Policía comunicó que uno de sus miembros fue pasado a disponibilidad este lunes, ya que fue denunciado por un vecino de Naschel. Esta misma madrugada el efectivo golpeó al denunciante, y la policía ya investiga el caso.

Desde la fuerza emitieron un comunicado con la medida, con el fin de atribuir o deslindar responsabilidades e «investigar la conducta que le cabría a un efectivo policial». En el caso interviene el Juzgado de Primera Instancia de Instrucción en lo Penal, Correccional y Contravencional, de la Tercera Circunscripción Judicial.
