Cuando la búsqueda de la aprobación de los otros se vuelve un problema

Las redes se han convertido en un ámbito de encuentro, amor y pasión para muchas personas. Por redes como TINDER o HAPPEN se conocieron millones de parejas, pero también puede ser un arma de doble filo y su mal uso también las puede destruir. No hay diferencia en si una relación comienza virtual o no porque ambas tienen eso de «la primera impresión», la atracción que a todos nos entra por los ojos es la que cuenta, hasta en gesto como una sonrisa.

Pero la cosa se puede complicar cuando se empieza a presumir y a exponer la relación en las redes en búsqueda del like, o de la aprobación de otros, lo que hace que nos orientemos en lo material, lo físico, o que nos comparemos y corramos la mirada de aquello que realmente cuenta en una pareja. La exposición en las redes genera además que otros puedan opinar sobre nuestra vida y eso, para muchos, puede ser dañino.

Por lo general las parejas que presumen demasiado y se muestran como la pareja o familia feliz, pero en la realidad, suelen ser las más vacías en su relación, y las redes son tan solo un reflejo de algo que no existe, salvo en un ideal. Por eso, disfrutar el momento real que estás viviendo con tu media naranja es lo esencial, los lindos recuerdos suelen quedar en la memoria de ambos, y con eso alcanza, no todo hay que estar retratándolo y subiéndolo a las redes para exponernos sin necesidad.
