Comenzó el juicio para la policía que asesinó para pagarle el viaje a Disney a su hija
Se trata de Sonia Rebeca Soloaga, de 36 años. En 2019 asesinó a un matrimonio de Parque Avellaneda y les robó $80 mil dólares.
En 2019, Sonia Rebeca Soloaga asesinó a un matrimonio de Parque Avellaneda para robarles dinero que tenían guardado. Soloaga era miembro de la policía, y conoció al matrimonio ya que hacía sus patrullas cerca de su casa. En ese domicilio le permitían a la oficial el uso del baño y le solían servir café y comidas.
Las víctimas fueron Alberto Antonio Chirico, y María Delia Speranza, una pareja mayor de edad. Con el objetivo de robarles, Soloaga los asesinó a balazos.
El crimen
La fiscal del caso, Estela Andrades, sostuvo que Soloaga “pergeñó un plan para así ingresar a la vivienda y apoderarse de dinero en efectivo -entre 70.000 y 80.000 dólares en moneda extranjera y pesos-, perteneciente a los nombrados Speranza y Chirico, ejerciendo violencia sobre aquellos y mediante la utilización de un arma de fuego, luego de lo cual dio muerte a los nombrados con alevosía, y a fin de asegurar su impunidad”.
Según la fiscal, Chirico y Speranza recibieron una serie de culatazos, lo que le permitió a Soloaga buscar el dinero, escondido en diferentes sectores de la casa. Tras encontrar el efectivo, Soloaga disparó a la cabeza de cada uno. “aplicado desde atrás mientras se hallaban indefensos boca abajo”. Para no ser oída, usó como silenciador un almohadón de color bordó.
El juicio
Debido a la situación de pandemia, los voceros judiciales indicaron a Telam que las audiencias se darán de forma virtual.
En la causa está inmerso Diego Alberto Pachilla, un policía porteño que era pareja de la acusada en ese entonces. Sobre el pesa la figura de «Encubrimiento doblemente agravado».
Soloaga está acusada de “Robo agravado por haber sido cometido con un arma de fuego en concurso real con homicidio criminis causa, reiterado en dos oportunidades, cometidos mediante arma de fuego y alevosía, y falsa denuncia”.
La asesina fue descubierta luego de denunciar haber sido robada: afirmó que le robaron $300 mil pesos y su arma reglamentaria. Sin embargo, les pareció poco creíble a las autoridades. Por su lado, la empresa Fun Time, encargada del viaje de su hija a Disney, aseguró que Soloaga debía la suma de $276 mil.
Aunque Soloaga sostuvo haber juntado el dinero con sus horas libres, sus registros de sueldo lo negaron: solo había reunido $109 mil por esa vía.
