El controvertido episodio ocurrió en Misiones, donde Yésica Anahí Lishnivez vivía junto a su pareja y el hijo que tenían en común. El hombre y el pequeño murieron mientras dormían.

Una broma que terminó en una fatalidad: Yésica Anahí Lishnivez quiso asustar a su novio luego de molestarse porque había estado bebiendo, pero terminó matándolo. La pareja había pasado el domingo bebiendo alcohol: en un momento Yésica le recriminó a Rosendo, su pareja, haber comprado más alcohol a cuenta de ella en un quiosco cercano. Tras discutir, la mujer dejó el domicilio enojada.

Según declaró, a la madrugada volvió a la casa para recomponer la relación. Aunque la mujer explicó que solo quiso darle un susto, se reveló que la pareja mantenía discusiones de forma constante, sembrando dudas en el cuerpo policial. Yésica quiso prender un fuego en la puerta de la casa, con la intención de asustar a Rosendo: usó un trozo de goma espuma y cera.

Las llamas se salieron de control rápidamente y destruyeron el domicilio donde Rosendo dormía junto a su hijo. No solo eso, sino que el incendio se extendió hasta la casa vecina, donde vivía una hermana de la víctima. El hombre y su hijo de 8 años murieron mientras dormían.

Compungida ante el hecho, Yésica pidió a sus allegados que no la denuncien: amenazó con quitarse la vida. La jueza de Instrucción, Selva Raquel Zuetta, allanó el domicilio y ordenó la detención de Lishnivez: en la casa encontraron un bidón de combustible, trozos de goma espuma y un celular que será peritado en estos días.
