Shopping al aire libre: una tendencia que crece entre los porteños y los puntanos
Entre la pandemia y los desarrollos inmobiliarios, los espacios al aire libre ganan terreno
Distrito «Los Arcos», pleno corazón del renombrado barrio de «Palermo Hollywood» como le gusta llamarlo a los vecinos de esa parte de Palermo, en ese tradicional barrio porteño. Allí, en un espacio que pertenecía a los ferrocarriles se desarrolló un multi espacio que reúne moda, gastronomía y relaciones sociales.
Este lugar, que hasta hace poco más de 2 años era un terreno baldío, hoy se ha ido convirtiendo en un lugar top de la ciudad donde uno puede caminar, comprar ropa de grandes diseñadores, probar la gastronomía de autor o de las grandes cadenas y estar en una zona rodeada de artistas, bares y mucha noche. Palermo es hoy un lugar de muchas fusiones a la vez: se puede encontrar una mezcla de ciudad europea, con algo de New York, y mucha farándula, pero también es una zona que se puede recorrer con los más chicos, ya que está llena de opciones teatrales, atracciones infantiles, y parques.
La noche porteña ha ido cambiando en los últimos años, corriéndose de la mítica avenida Corrientes, la que nunca duerme, a otros barrios tradicionales de la ciudad, en donde ha encontrado tierra fértil para el desarrollo de nuevas expresiones artísticas y gastronómicas. Los bares clásicos ya no son los del centro, sino los que estos años han estado en el centro de la escena Palermitana. Quién visite hoy la Ciudad de Buenos Aires no puede dejar de pasar por el Distrito Arcos o por la plaza Malabia a tomar una buena cerveza tirada a la que los «hispters» porteños son tan aficionados.
Palermo es hoy el centro cultural de la ciudad, desplazando incluso a la ribera porteña que por tanto tiempo fue lugar de encuentro de artistas y bohemios. Hay tantos lugares por conocer en este barrio que iremos recorriéndolos uno a uno, ya que vale la pena conocer otras experiencias, y los desarrollos que se pueden generar cuando lo público y lo privado trabajan en conjunto.
En San Luis, uno de los espacios de compras más grande de la provincia es el Centro Comercial La Joaquina, en Juana Koslay. Un imponente predio al aire libre donde disfrutar de las compras, el paseo en familia o tomar algo con amigos en un contexto relajado y ameno. Este Open Mall se inauguró hace ya unos años, y se va convirtiendo en una referencia para quienes se quieren escapar por un rato de sus obligaciones en la ciudad, ya que se encuentra a 10 minutos de la Ciudad de San Luis.
Desde que se inauguró fue uno de los lugares elegidos por las grandes marcas de ropa para posicionarse en la provincia. Y a medida que pasan los años sigue creciendo. El potencial de La Joaquina es inmenso, sobre todo en estos tiempos, donde encerrarse, es un gran problema.
En un paisaje serrano, disfrutar un buen café o degustar algunos de los platos que allí se sirven no tiene precio. Incluso el turismo de afuera de la provincia está comenzando visitar ese lugar por el entorno amigable y apacible que se respira. Por ahora, a disfrutar las compras al aire libre, que mucho más no se puede hacer en pandemia.
