El Ente Mixto de Bienestar Animal invita a todos a una charla gratuita. El tema será «Derechos de los animales».

En nuestro país todos los 29 de abril se conmemora el Día del Animal. La fecha surge por el fallecimiento de Ignacio Lucas Albarracín: fue un abogado pionero en nuestro país en la lucha por los derechos de los
animales. El trabajo de Albarracín impulsó importantes legislaciones contra el maltrato y la explotación animal, la lucha contra las riñas de gallos, la doma de potros, corridas de toros y tiro a la paloma.

El encuentro será mañana a las 17 horas y se transmitirá por
Facebook Live. La charla será de acceso gratuito.

¿Quiénes pueden participar?

Está destinada a abogados, veterinarios, proteccionistas y vecinos que
deseen interiorizarse en la temática sobre tenencia responsable y derecho animal.

El disertante será el Dr. Christian Casas Cassataro: es abogado especializado en defensa animal, criminólogo y escritor. La temática serán los Derechos de los animales, abarcados desde una mirada legal.
