Dos abogados radicaron denuncias por las irregularidades sanitarias vistas en la apertura de Showmatch. El espectáculo revela las diferencias entre ciudadanos de primera y ciudadanos de segunda.

196 personas estuvieron en el estudio esa noche, sin barbijo ni distanciamiento social.

La primera noche de Showmatch 2021 estuvo lejos de pasar desapercibida. En su estreno el programa consiguió 20 puntos de rating: eso equivale a 2 millones de pantallas sintonizando el programa. Sin embargo, fueron muchos más los que se quejaron de las irregularidades expuestas.

En un país asolado por las medidas protocolares, la pantalla reveló a casi 200 personas en un estado que rememora la vida antes de la pandemia. Los espectadores, miraron incrédulos un desfile de personas sin barbijos ni distanciamiento social. Así, el tradicional programa expuso la sideral desconexión entre la realidad que viven los famosos y la que nos toca vivir al resto.

Ante la indignación general, dos abogados decidieron tomar cartas en el asunto. Uno de ellos es Darío Ramírez, quien hizo su denuncia ante la Unidad Fiscal Norte. A Tinelli también lo denunció Alejandro Sarubbi Benítez, quien mostró por redes sociales la demanda que le hizo al conductor.

Este último letrado expresó: «Dado el bochornoso espectáculo que atestiguamos durante la noche del día de ayer en «Showmatch», y visto y considerando que en este país tenemos ciudadanos de primera y ciudadanos de segunda, presenté denuncia penal contra Marcelo Tinelli por rompimiento de medidas sanitarias».

Tras efectuar su denuncia, Sarubbi Benítez contó a Primicias: «Ahora deberían comunicarse conmigo para ratificarla y a partir de allí, la justicia evaluará si toma o no cartas en el asunto. Por lo que se vio ayer entiendo que algún impacto debería de tener, máxime considerando que el hijo de Riquelme va a juicio ahora por algo mucho menor que esto».

Tinelli se excusó afirmaron que no eran 200 personas, sino 196. Asimismo, explicó que todos los que participaron tenían un test PCR negativo. También sostuvo que de su productora dependen 300 familias que necesitaban trabajar.

La escena del lunes nos mostró una sola cosa: que las diferencias existen y que hay ciudadanos de primera, y ciudadanos de segunda. Lamentablemente, la pantalla siempre nos mostrará los privilegios a los que no podemos acceder.
