El ejecutivo bonaerense anunció “nuevas restricciones” para frenar los casos de covd-19 en la provincia

Dicen que el ser humano es el único animal que tropieza dos veces con la misma piedra, algo que nuestros gobernantes parecen confirmar a rajatabla. Desde el 20 de marzo de 2020, fecha oficial de inicio de la pandemia en Argentina, pareciera que estamos condenados a convertirnos en el mito de Sisifo, arrastrando siempre la misma piedra hacia arriba, para que, al llegar, tengamos que volver a empezar nuevamente cuesta arriba empujando la piedra.

Algunas precisiones. Ciertamente han aumentado los casos, algo esperable para este tipo de virus que alcanza sus puntos máximos durante la estación del invierno. Aunque nosotros, como país, como somos tan grandes, logramos extender su pico hasta la primavera tan sólo por habernos encontrado encerrados, lo cual no detuvo que avanzará, tan sólo corrió el pico natural que debiera haber tenido. Y no es una opinión, sucede con todos los virus respiratorios, por lo que si algún curioso quiere indagar no tiene más que entrar a la los datos de la Dirección de Estadísticas e Información en Salud (DEIS) del ministerio de Salud de la Nación, o a organismos multinacionales como la OMS o la OPS.

Decía que somos el animal que tropieza dos veces con la misma piedra, porque evidentemente no hemos aprendido nada, o de lo contrario, nos encontramos a las puertas de un régimen capaz de llevarse puesto los derechos civiles con la excusa de lo sanitario.

Si creemos que no hemos aprendido nada, llama la atención que el gobierno bonaerense tome medidas como limitar la circulación nocturna o las reuniones sociales, cuando demostraron ser ineficaces, e imposibles de aplicar. Cómo si el virus circulara solo de noche, pareciera más bien un manotazo de ahogado o el preludio de un nuevo encierro feroz que se nos viene por delante. En lo personal, creo que “la crisis” sanitaria es una excelente excusa para aterrorizar a la población y mantenerla dentro de sus casas, mientras los negocios estatales siguen su curso.

Para ser más claros, no es casual que el 92% de las compras que realizó el estado, durante 2020, se hicieron sin proceso de licitación, sino que fueron compras directas producto de la emergencia sanitaria ante la pandemia. Algo huele a podrido en Dinamarca decía el Hamlet de Shakespeare para dimensionar el estado de corrupción en que se encontraba el reino, algo totalmente aplicable a la realidad argentina unos cuantos siglos después y sin necesidad de dramaturgos.

Estamos en un año electoral, con un gobierno que tiene una imagen que está por el piso, un presidente sin autoridad moral ni real, sin dinero público para sostener otra fantasía de una cuarentena, así que ahora van a empezar a usar el eufemismo de “restricciones” para tener encerrada a la población, sin tener que prometer ayuda económica. Cada pasito es un avance contra las libertades individuales, que ya de excepcionales no tienen nada, y se van convirtiendo en una “nueva modalidad” de dominación que pocos se atreven a cuestionar.

Las “restricciones” del gobierno bonaerense son una pantomima, como lo fue el teletrabajo de los empleados estatales, es una especie de “hagamos que hacemos” para tapar un año de ineficiencia política en la que no se han acondicionado escuelas, por eso no quieren abrirlas, no han conseguido vacunas, y las que consiguieron las repartieron primero a la militancia y luego a quienes la necesitaban, y por último, la economía viene en picada, con una inflación que detona los bolsillos de los trabajadores, pero la culpa siempre es del otro.

Algunos ejemplos. Las escuelas no se reacondicionaron porque era tarea de las jurisdicciones, la mayoría sin dinero porque se aplicó a la pandemia, y de paso, los docentes no quieren ir a trabajar. Las vacunas que íbamos a producir por millones nunca llegaron, sino que compramos las que nadie quería y por entregas televisadas como si fueran la llegada del hombre a la luna. La culpa de la inflación no es del gobierno que aumenta precios o pone impuestos, sino de los especuladores, que corren los precios por el aumento de la nafta o cosas por el estilo.

Estamos ante gobiernos impotentes, incapaces de tomar alguna decisión, por eso salen a hacer anuncios de “restricciones” que no sirvieron para nada, porque en el fondo, el único plan es que no hay plan, y la cuarentena va a terminar siendo la única salida para contener a una cada vez más descontenta ciudadanía. Las elecciones, bueno ya veremos que inventan, aunque supongo que como todo, encontraran algún juez amigo que les garantice correrlas hasta que les den los números.
